The approach we use here is for you to diagnose your own problem — or what we refer to as a blockage. Blockages are symptoms of something more complicated. We shall walk you through that process so that you can make an informed decision on your own. The result will be for you to choose from several options that will move you forward on the right path. The path I am referring to is the elimination of your problem by getting to the source of it.
For example, you may be experiencing cash flow problems, employee retention issues, inadequate technology understanding, or perhaps something else. These are all symptoms of something greater.
This isn’t a chatbot and it isn’t a quiz. It will not tell you what is wrong with your business. It asks, it gathers, and it hands it back to you to make your own decision. There is no prize at the end and nothing to finish. The questions are the useful part — and you can stop whenever you like.
